This lifestyle plan is a 12-week program designed to improve one's lifestyle by eliminating food from the Standard American Diet (S.A.D) and replacing foods with a Good Life Activating Diet (G.L.A.D). The class will provide the tools necessary to form a new outlook on health, giving food a new meaning. The program demonstrates healthy recipes with a result that surprises everyone who thought healthy food couldn't and wouldn't taste good. The program also provides physical, mental and spiritual wellness; through relief of food for the body, education for the mind, and freedom for the spirit. This program has been very instrumental in changing many mindsets and opening the door of health through holistic strategies. Each class will have 5 parts:
